2. Accuracy of Information – You confirm that all the information provided during the KYC process is true and accurate. Any discrepancies found later may result in delays or rejection of transactions.
3. Verification and Updates – WeCare reserves the right to verify KYC details and may request additional documentation if required. Investors are responsible for updating their KYC details in case of any changes.
4. Confidentiality – Your personal and financial information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with authorized regulatory bodies and financial institutions as required by law.
5. Non-Compliance – Failure to comply with KYC norms may lead to restrictions on transactions or termination of investment services.
